Prenatal Pilates
A 6 week course run by one of our Physiotherapists, designed to help strengthen pelvic floor muscles, improve/maintain core strength and keep you moving gently through pregnancy. To attend all classes please pay for a 6 class membership on our membership page and reserve your place for all 6 sessions. If you can't attend all classes you have the option to pay as you go but priority will be given to those who pay for all 6.
