Our Team

Meet Pippa
Pippa is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a holistic approach to patient care, combining evidence-based practice with hands-on treatment techniques to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Originally qualifying in Bowen Therapy, Pippa developed a strong appreciation for treating the body as a whole before completing her Physiotherapy degree as a mature student in 2021. She enjoys combining the latest research with manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education to provide personalised treatment for every client.
Pippa has experience working within elite and community sport, having provided physiotherapy for Team Ireland Netball, local sports clubs and equestrian athletes. Following the birth of her first child in 2025, she developed a particular passion for women's health, leading her to specialise in pelvic health and postnatal rehabilitation.
She is a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) professional network and has completed specialist training in urinary incontinence, pelvic floor assessment, and pre- and postnatal exercise. This enables her to carry out internal pelvic floor examinations where appropriate and support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and pelvic health concerns.
Pippa is also a qualified Mummy MOT® Practitioner, offering comprehensive postnatal assessments and rehabilitation programmes. In addition, she runs pre- and postnatal Pilates classes, helping women rebuild strength, confidence and function during every stage of their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Pippa enjoys riding and competing with her two horses, playing netball and tennis, paddleboarding, running, and spending time outdoors with her husband, son and their two Patterdale Terriers.
Pippa is available for appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
